• All personal information you provide Kennedy Rose Interiors with or that we obtain will be handled by Kennedy Rose Interiors as responsible for the personal information.
• Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase at checkout.

RETURN POLICY

• Due to the antique, one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are FINAL.
• All products of Kennedy Rose Interiors are vintage and/or antique. Our products are worn in nature and may contain blemishes, imperfections, flaws, and/or signs of wear, which gives each Kennedy Rose Interiors product its one-of-a-kind appeal, and, therefore, cannot be considered defective.

SHIPPING

• All products are shipped via FedEx Ground and signature is required.
• Shipping is free within the continental United States.
• We now offer shipping to Canada for a flat rate of $50 per order.
• Any custom charges or import duties on international orders are the buyer's responsibility.
